What we collect, and why

Information you send us. When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, message, and — if you choose to provide it — the company name you enter. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to correspond with you about the work. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically records standard server request data, including IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is generated by the act of serving the website and is used to keep it available and secure.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests — responding to an enquiry you chose to send us, and operating a secure website — as our lawful basis. Where we send you marketing email, we rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers, which is why you were not asked to accept anything when you arrived. Nothing about your visit is used to build a profile of you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our instructions:

Vercel Inc. hosts this website and processes server request data as described above. Resend delivers contact form submissions to our inbox. Both act as processors under contract with us.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

Where your data is held

We are based in the United States and our providers process data on servers in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be transferred there. Where required for transfers from the UK or the European Economic Area, our providers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved for that purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for 24 months from our last contact with you, then delete it. Where an enquiry becomes a client engagement, we keep the records for as long as the contract requires and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law obliges us to.

How we protect it

This site is served over HTTPS only. Access to the inbox that receives contact form submissions is restricted to the people who need it, on individual accounts, and access is removed when someone leaves.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable form. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what we collect and to request deletion; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.

To make a request, email support@ceendro.com. We will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or the EEA and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

Children

This website is intended for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the revised version on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted here.
